We also have certified Microsoft MCSEs and Unix specialists within our team and are often asked to assist with application, server or other non-network related faults due to our unique ability to troubleshoot and provide a solution or workaround.

We go beyond hardware maintenance, our normal support contracts cover: hardware maintenance, configuration support and proactive monitoring. We also allow configuration changes to be managed remotely under our support agreement as we tend to find most of the calls we receive result from something being changed in the network so a reconfiguration is required.
